Now we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist / Junior Growth Marketer who wants to learn how modern B2B marketing really works: supporting sales, generating leads, preparing strong materials, researching markets, testing messaging, and using AI every day to produce better work faster.
This is a junior role — but it is not passive. You will work close to founders, sales, and technical teams, and you will help turn our products, services, and expertise into concrete campaigns, sales materials, and qualified business opportunities.
What Makes This Role Special
This is not a “brand-only” or “social media-only” marketing position.
You will be part of a small, fast-moving team where marketing directly supports revenue. Your work will help sales open doors, explain complex products clearly, generate leads, and move prospects through the funnel.
You will learn modern B2B marketing in a practical, US-style way: demand generation, outbound support, account-based marketing, sales enablement, landing pages, lead magnets, messaging tests, case studies, email sequences, LinkedIn campaigns, and CRM-driven execution.
You will also use AI as a core part of your daily workflow — not as a gimmick, but as a serious productivity layer for research, writing, campaign planning, content repurposing, competitive analysis, and marketing automation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support sales with high-quality marketing materials, pitch decks, one-pagers, sales emails, landing pages, case studies, and product explainers
- Help build lead-generation campaigns for B2B software, AI, cybersecurity, compliance, and custom software development services
- Research target accounts, industries, competitors, market trends, and decision-makers
- Prepare and improve outbound messaging for LinkedIn, email, and account-based sales campaigns
- Work with sales and founders to turn business ideas into clear positioning, offers, and campaign angles
- Use AI tools to speed up research, content creation, summarization, ideation, and campaign execution
- Create and improve website copy, blog posts, short-form content, newsletters, lead magnets, and sales-supporting content
- Help maintain marketing and sales assets so the team always has up-to-date, polished materials
- Analyze campaign performance and help improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates
- Support CRM discipline, lead lists, campaign tracking, and basic reporting
- Learn how to build repeatable marketing processes instead of one-off random activities
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- Strong interest in B2B marketing, lead generation, sales enablement, and growth
- Very good writing skills in English
- Ability to understand complex products and turn them into clear, business-oriented messaging
- Strong practical AI skills — you already use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar to work faster and better
- Comfort with research, structured thinking, and turning raw information into useful materials
- High ownership mindset: you do not wait passively for perfect instructions
- Strong attention to detail — especially in written materials, emails, presentations, and public-facing content
- Willingness to learn fast and work close to sales, founders, and technical teams
- Polish and English at a professional working level
AI Skills We Expect
You do not need to be an AI engineer. But you must be fluent in using AI as a serious work tool.
You should be comfortable with:
- Prompting AI tools to create, improve, and structure marketing content
- Using AI for market research, competitor research, ICP analysis, and account research
- Creating first drafts of emails, landing pages, posts, campaign concepts, and sales materials
- Checking, editing, and improving AI-generated output instead of blindly copying it
- Building repeatable workflows using AI tools, templates, and automation
- Learning new AI tools quickly and applying them to real marketing problems
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing, outbound campaigns, lead generation, or B2B sales support
- Basic understanding of SaaS, software development, AI products, cybersecurity, compliance, or cloud technologies
- Experience creating presentations, one-pagers, landing pages, newsletters, or blog content
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, Clay, Notion, Canva, Figma, Webflow, WordPress, Framer, or similar
- Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, conversion rates, and campaign tracking
- Experience with no-code or automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, or Google Sheets automation
- Interest in US-style growth marketing, demand generation, and revenue-oriented marketing
