What Makes This Role Special

You won’t be maintaining legacy systems or working through endless sprints.
You’ll be part of a small, elite team building AI-powered web applications and internal platforms where both backend and frontend leverage automation and AI-assisted development tools.

Every day, you’ll work with Python, TypeScript, and React, and experiment with AI coding assistants such as OpenAI Codex and Lovable.dev. You’ll also have the chance to use AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and CloudFront to deploy and scale real products used by thousands.

Your work will directly shape how next-generation, AI-first software gets built.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain production-grade backend services in Python (FastAPI or similar)
  • Develop responsive, modern frontend interfaces in React + TypeScript
  • Integrate AI models (e.g., Codex) into development and automation workflows
  • Create and optimize RESTful APIs and serverless applications
  • Work closely with DevOps to deploy and scale on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway)
  • Collaborate with AI engineers on building reusable, AI-driven coding components
  • Continuously explore new tools that boost development efficiency through automation and LLM integration

What We’re Looking For

Technical Must-Haves

  • Strong Python skills for backend development
  • Solid experience with React + TypeScript
  • Understanding of modern API design and integration best practices
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Codex, Copilot, or Lovable.dev
  • Comfortable with Git-based workflows and modern CI/CD practices

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudFront, S3)
  • Knowledge of Serverless Frameworks
  • Curiosity about AI-powered developer tools and workflow automation
