B2B Sales Specialist – Cybersecurity SaaS (NIS2)
At TailoredByte, we build modern AI-driven software for real business operations. One of our own products is a practical platform for managing NIS2 compliance and cybersecurity maturity in organizations that need more than spreadsheets, policies, and checkbox audits - TailoredGuard.
We are now looking for a hungry, execution-focused sales professional who wants to build pipeline, close deals, and help scale a high-potential offering in one of the fastest-growing areas of the market: operational cybersecurity and NIS2 compliance.
This is not a passive account management role. We are looking for someone who knows how to create momentum, open doors, run targeted outreach, and turn high-value conversations into real revenue.
What you will do
- Own and drive sales of our NIS2 compliance and cybersecurity platform from first contact to closed deal
- Build and execute outbound sales campaigns targeting selected accounts and industries
- Use LinkedIn and account-based sales/marketing approaches to identify decision-makers and generate qualified opportunities
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline through disciplined prospecting and deal progression
- Work closely with founders and delivery teams to shape messaging, offers, and go-to-market execution
- Translate client pain points around compliance, risk, audit readiness, and security operations into a clear business case
- Help refine the commercial playbook, sales materials, and repeatable revenue processes as we scale
Who we are looking for
- A results-driven salesperson with a strong hunter mentality and a clear focus on winning business
- Experience selling B2B services or SaaS solutions, ideally in cybersecurity, compliance, enterprise software, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, sales-generated leads, LinkedIn-based lead generation, and account-based sales/marketing
- Confidence in speaking with senior decision-makers (operations leaders, compliance officers, IT leaders, executives)
- Strong commercial instinct, persistence, and ownership mindset
- Ability to move opportunities forward independently and efficiently
- Polish and English at a professional working level

- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise clients
- Background in cybersecurity, GRC, risk, compliance, or regulated industries
- Ability to combine strategic targeting with high daily sales activity
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound tooling, CRM discipline, and modern B2B sales workflows
